🛍️ ORDERING & CHECKOUT

How do I place an order? Browse our collections, select your items and size, then click "Add to Cart." When ready, go to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Airwallex.

Is it safe to shop on your website? Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Your data is completely secure when shopping with us.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, but only if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact support@meravila.com immediately with your order number. Once shipped, you'll need to follow our return process.

Why was my payment declined? Common reasons include: incorrect card details, insufficient funds, expired card, or your bank's fraud protection. Double-check your information or try a different payment method. Contact us at support@meravila.com if issues persist.

Do I need to create an account to shop? No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, view purchase history, and access exclusive member perks.

Can I save items for later? Yes! Add items to your Wishlist (heart icon) to save them. We'll also email you if saved items go on sale or are running low in stock.


📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, plus select international destinations. Check our shipping page for your country's availability.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Total delivery time: 6-9 business days from order placement

When will my order ship? Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.

How do I track my order? Check your email for the shipping confirmation with tracking number. You can also track orders in your account under "Order History" or email support@meravila.com with your order number.

Where is my order? It says shipped but I don't see updates. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after shipping. If it's been longer, contact support@meravila.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Why is my order arriving in multiple packages? Sometimes we ship from different warehouses to get your items to you faster. You won't be charged extra shipping, and each package has its own tracking number.

What if my package is lost or stolen? Contact us immediately at support@meravila.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no charge.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.


🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy? 30-day returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Return shipping is free if we made an error; otherwise, $6.95 return shipping fee applies.

How do I return something?

  1. Email support@meravila.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you return instructions and label (if applicable)
  3. Package items securely with original tags
  4. Ship back using provided instructions

How long do refunds take? Refunds process within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when processed.

Can I exchange for a different size? Yes! Follow the return process above and place a new order for your preferred size. This ensures faster delivery than waiting for an exchange process.

What items can't be returned?

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original tags
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer

I received the wrong item or size. What do I do? Contact support@meravila.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the correct item immediately.

What if my item arrived damaged? Email support@meravila.com within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund plus cover return shipping.


📏 SIZING & FIT

How do I find my size? Use our detailed Size Guide (link on every product page) with measurements in inches. When in doubt, size up - you can always return for a different size.

Are your sizes true to standard US sizing? Yes, we follow standard US sizing. However, fit can vary by style. Check individual product reviews and our fit notes for each item.

What if my size is sold out? Click "Notify Me" on the product page to get emailed when it's back. Restocks usually happen within 2-4 weeks.

Do you offer petite or plus sizes? Currently, we carry sizes XS-XL. We're working on expanding our size range - join our newsletter to be first to know about new size additions.

What's your fit like? Do items run small or large? Each product page includes fit notes (runs small/large/true to size) plus customer reviews with sizing feedback. When in doubt, our customer service team can help you choose.


💰 PRICING & PROMOTIONS

How do I use a discount code? Enter your code in the "Promo Code" box at checkout before completing payment. The discount will appear in your order summary.

Why won't my discount code work? Common issues: code expired, doesn't apply to sale items, minimum purchase not met, or code already used. Check the promotion terms or contact support@meravila.com.

Do you offer price adjustments? Yes! If an item you purchased goes on sale within 14 days, email support@meravila.com with your order number for a price adjustment credit.

When do you have sales? We have seasonal sales and occasional flash promotions. Join our newsletter and follow our social media for exclusive early access to sales.

Do you offer student or military discounts? Yes! We offer 15% off for students and military personnel. Verify your status through SheerID at checkout.


👤 ACCOUNT & MEMBERSHIP

How do I create an account? Click "Sign Up" on our homepage or during checkout. You'll need an email address and password.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it? Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page. We'll email you a reset link.

How do I change my email or shipping address? Log into your account and update your information under "Account Settings."

Do you have a loyalty program? Yes! Meravila Members earn points on every purchase, get early sale access, and receive exclusive offers. It's free to join.

How do I unsubscribe from emails? Click "Unsubscribe" in any email, or update your preferences in your account settings.


🔧 TECHNICAL ISSUES

The website isn't working properly. What should I do? Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. Still having issues? Email support@meravila.com with details about the problem.

I can't add items to my cart. This usually means the item is out of stock or there's a browser issue. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser.

Why can't I complete checkout? Check that all required fields are filled out correctly, your payment method is valid, and you've agreed to terms. For continued issues, email support@meravila.com.

How do I care for my Meravila pieces? Each item includes a care label with specific instructions. Generally, we recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water.

What if my item has a defect? Contact support@meravila.com within 30 days with photos and your order number. We'll provide a full refund or replacement.

🚚 ORDER STATUS

How do I check my order status? Log into your account and click "Order History," or check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

My tracking shows delivered but I don't have my package. Check with neighbors, look around your property, and verify the delivery address. If still missing, contact support@meravila.com immediately.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering? Only if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact support@meravila.com immediately with your order number and new address.
